Yo! Welcome to the GIGANTIC blog. The primary purpose of this place is to promote music that we’re into, and that we’d like other people to hear too. We want to try and help break new bands and tracks, and also like to dig up old classics that we think need more exposure. Essentially, we want to help makes tunes Gigantic. Of course, we do enjoy throwing out the big pop and electro bangers as well, we’re not music snobs.

Peaches Rulez, OK?
Did you know that Peaches was an elementary school music and drama teacher before she was Peaches? And that her real name is Merril Beth Nisker. She is also 40 years old, which just compounds her absolute awesomosity. Did you also know that she has a new album out, called Peaches, and that it is a total return to form? The last record didn’t move me too much, but this new longplayer is a real keeper. Go buy it now from your local record store / download platform / whatever. I can’t get enough of this track, ‘I Feel Cream’. It’s the kind of trance that Calvin Harris wishes he could make, instead of him giving everything a thick cheese topping (though I still like ‘I’m Not Alone’, tbf).
